I was a selling agent for a client selling his property in Yarraville. My experience with Matthew and his team was second to none. His teams communication and selling method was first class with their use of the latest software. It made the whole selling experience seamless. We scheduled a 4 week auction campaign but due to Matthews extensive data base of buyers he was able to secure a sale for the vendor prior to the auction above the vendors reserve.
