Matthews knowledge of the market is second to none. Offering great communication and feedback, so you always know where things are at. In this more difficult market, only the agents with professional experience and tenacity can get properties over the line and sold and Matthew is your guy. Thank you for all your hard work.

I'm glad we chose Matthew to sell our house. He was a prompt communicator, thorough in his approach and had a good tactical knowledge of how to go about selling in a tough market. His negotiation skills were excellent and he has a great knowledge of the local area.

Matthew was an exceptional agent throughout the campaign keeping us informed of progress, and constantly strategising to achieve the best result. Matthew's ability to manage vendor expectations and firm up buyer interest is outstanding and we looking forward to working with him again in the future. We would highly recommend Matthew.

It was a pleasure working with Peter in purchasing our first property. The process was transparent in nature which made negotiations move smoothly, a credit to Peter for remaining genuine and landing on an outcome that was win, win for both parties. Peter kept us up to date on progress and was clear in his communication, which helped given we were first home buyers. Peter continues to support us with minor details post contract execution. I'm happy to recommend Peter, he genuinely cares.

We would work with Matthew and the Buxton team again. We were selective when deciding on an agent and agency to represent us, Matthew and Buxton came highly recommended and we hold them in high regard. Effective, pragmatic, professional, communicative, timely, tactical, efficient and responsible as individual professionals and a cohesive team. Thank you Matthew for leading a great team towards a good outcome for us. We felt supported from start to now as we approach the close of this engagement

Matthew & the Buxton Inner West team have exceeded our expectations of Realestate Agents within the Inner West. Having bought and sold within a few months of each other Matthew made the process feel seamless. Communication was fantastic as we were always kept up to date and informed during the campaign. We would highly recommend Matthew and Buxton Inner West team to anyone thinking of selling or buying a property.

Matt was a pleasure to deal with! Overall, couldn’t be faulted. Calls and messages promptly dealt with and really big on communication kept me informed every step of the way during the process. I liked the upfront aggressive approach to getting the property sold. It wasn’t the easiest of houses to sell, Matt achieved in a relatively short time what the previous agent couldn’t. I found all at Buxtons easy to deal with and would highly recommend Matt if you are looking to sell your property.

Matthew got a great result in a challenging market. Given the climate, I was quite anxious about our ability to sell our house within a reasonable time, at a fair price. Matthew patiently worked through all our questions and concerns. He tested a couple of strategies and pivoted quickly to meet the market, and it paid off. Thank you Matthew and the team at Buxton Real Estate - Inner West for all your support.

Professional, clever, strategic and relationships driven! A local from birth, Matt knows the Inner West as a resident, investor and homeowner. Matt develops relationships quickly and takes the time to understand what a vendor is trying to achieve and reads buyers well to understand what they want. We were impressed with how Matt used various tools strategically and professionally to achieve a relatively quick sale in a tough market, adjusting as we needed along the way. A nice, smart guy!
