Matt and his team have been fantastic! We had our property on the market with another agent that couldn’t sell it and we made the hard choice to change to Matt and his team and it was the best decision we ever made. Great communication throughout the whole campaign, amazing client service and a can do attitude in a tough market. Would highly recommend!

As this was the first time for us selling a property we were very dependent on Peter guiding us through the entire process - which he did with flying colours. He watched the market closely, he kept us informed about all the options and he managed to close a deal which was satisfactory to us. We would like to thank him very much for all the time and energy that he put into this sale. Kind regards

Matthew knew what made our area great and knew how to sell the idea of living here, he went above and beyond to find the right people to attend the auction and thanks to his amazing skill sold on the day. I would happily use Buxton again and will recommend them to anyone thinking of selling.

Matts track record in Spotswood speaks for itself, as a local he understands the market like no other agent. This along with his reputation for being open, honest and incredibly easy to deal with is why we chose him to sell our Spotswood property. He recommended we sell off market and we did! The whole team at Buxton have been incredibly professional and the sales results Matt is able to achieve speak for themselves.

Matthew was the agent we chose to sell our house in Maidstone. He not only had a great knowledge about the local market but also provided great tips and genuinely cares. Our house was sold quickly within 2 weeks since the marketing campaign started and the entire process was smooth, clear and without any problems. We would pick Matthew again and would highly recommend him without hesitation.
