very happy with the outcome
We decided to go with Matthew John from Buxton Real Estate as on meeting him we found him professional, but straight forward; he didnt give us unrealistic expectations to get our business. He was also willing to negotiate on his fee and to try to sell our property off-market initially, to try to save us marketing fees. Despite Covid lockdowns limiting buyers coming to view the property Matthew managed to successfully negotiate a sale at a price we were very happy with in a short timeframe.
