Matt surpassed all expectations and did it with a smile! We had a great experience from day 1 selling with Buxton. A win win!
I remember saying to Matt at the start of our house sale journey that this was the first house we'd sold and we were looking for a partner to help us navigate the stressful and often jargon filled journey together. Matthew was extremely professional from the very first meeting. He was recommended by a friend, his knowledge of the local market, professionalism and responsiveness are excellent. He helped us through a strategy for our sales campaign, put us in touch with a great team (stylist,marketing, trades) and made sure there was clear communication and regular updates throughout the campaign. The ultimate professional!
Like many other Melburnians, as a result of covid/lockdowns we decided to make a big lifestyle change, sell our ‘forever home’ and move to Qld. We have relationships with a number of local agents but felt a fresh approach was needed. Matt was the ultimate professional from the minute we met and delivered a record sale price for our street.
