Honest agent with a no BS approach
Matthew assisted us in achieving the sale for our Yarraville four bed, three bath town house 'off-market' with tenants in it. The new buyers have not only agreed to take on the existing lease for the contractual period, but also paid slightly above the advertised range in challenging conditions relating to the uncertainty of COVID shutdowns and threading the needle of a competitive local townhouse market. Matt was open and honest in his communication with a no BS approach. Thank you Matt.

Honestly cannot recommend enough!
Matthew recently sold my deceased grandfathers house for 100k over the reserve price. Total professional and met with our family a few nights before the auction and discussed everything in detail. Honestly I cannot recommend him enough and he knows his stuff. Total 10/10 and A+++ rating.

Genuinely cares about his customers
Matthew has been the personification of trustworthy professionalism and his genuine care about his customers and community really shine through.
