Focused and driven to achieve the best result!
Thank you to Matt for working so hard to sell our house. Matt was clear and consistent in communicating with us throughout the whole campaign and his main goal was to ensure he got us the result we needed and did not fail. Matt was very thorough throughout the campaign, reporting back to us with feedback and what his next steps were so we were kept up to date on how the campaign was tracking. Most of all he was focused and driven on making sure he achieved that end result.

Honest agent with a no BS approach
Matthew assisted us in achieving the sale for our Yarraville four bed, three bath town house 'off-market' with tenants in it. The new buyers have not only agreed to take on the existing lease for the contractual period, but also paid slightly above the advertised range in challenging conditions relating to the uncertainty of COVID shutdowns and threading the needle of a competitive local townhouse market.
