Matt was extremely professional and patient as we worked with him and the team at Biggin Scott for 5-6 months from initial discussions to finally listing and selling our property. Extremely responsive and always available to provide us with the answers we were seeking at all stages of the selling process. Matt came to us recommended by a friend and we have no qualms recommending to friends now!

Matt was the first agent we met with when we decided to sell our first home and we were so impressed we signed him up straight away. Matt is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, professional and importantly was always honest with us. He and Peter worked hard behind the scenes and achieved a fantastic result for us. We couldn't have been happier selling with Matt and highly recommend him to anyone in the inner west!

Matthew has been the personification of trustworthy professionalism and his genuine care about his customers and community really shine through. We had never sold a property before and he was the perfect guide to help us through what initially felt like a daunting experience. We also appreciated Matthew's candour and I highly recommend him and the Biggin & Scott team in Yarraville (Hannah Buur and Peter Skourtis). We were so grateful for their support, guidance and calm under pressure.

Biggin&Scott Yarraville are the best!!!. Matt is skilled, knowledgeable and competent at selling properties, with strong negotiation skills. I found working with Matt a joy & selling my property was a seamless process. Matt anticipates you're needs and above all puts his clients first and celebrates the success of the sale with you. Thanks Matt & the team at Yarraville, an agency with a cutting edge in a competitive market.

I was extremely happy with the recent sale of my property. I had several friends tell me that it was the best auction that they had seen in a long time, and even though our property passed in the negotiations afterwards were dealt with quickly, professionally and resulted in a satisfactory result for both parties. Thanks so much Matthew and Tristan

Matt’s knowledge of the area and market are second to none. He supported us in finding our perfect property and remained transparent and informative throughout the process. Matt is a true professional, yet is never too busy to make the experience personable, by answering any questions, big or small, you might have.

We recently bought a house and sold our apartment with Matthew. He worked hard for our business and throughout the process was open, honest and responsive. On the sale of our apartment, Matthew negotiated a great price that we were very happy with. While we don’t plan to move any time soon, we would happily work with Matthew again in future

We’d purchased a property through Matt in the past, so had already worked with him on the buyer’s side. And it was great having him in our corner while selling too. He worked hard to get us the best result possible, and got more exposure for our property than we could’ve hoped for. He’s extremely punctual and reliable, and great communicator who is a pleasure to deal with. I’d absolutely recommend Matt.

There’s a reason that Matthew has sold the majority of apartments in our building. His local knowledge and passion for the Spotswood area is second to none and his intel on the western suburbs real estate makes his clients confident to leave their property in his hands. A flexible, reliable and personable real estate agent. Thanks!!

Matt was a true gentleman throughout the entire process of buying/selling. He listened to our preferences, always considered our situation, and had constant open communication. As a vendor, we could not have asked for anything more. Not only did Matt sell our family home, but he found us the perfect home for our next chapter. He made the process of buying/selling a truly seamless, positive journey. His experience, superior knowledge of the inner west and genuine attitude were key to our success.
