This was my second dealing with Matt but first for my extended family. First meeting was for the sale of my first apartment. He exceeded my expectations at that time for Empire St in Footscray. The second sale however was very sensitive due it being for my late fathers estate. From A to Z Matt was respectful and mature through the whole process. There were times where not much could be done on our end as executors which delayed things and he understood this and always was there with a friendly ear. He gave advice on how to make our place more presentable. He dealt with all 4 executors well and kept us all in the loop at all times. He kept his promises with everything re sale from the outset and was like having another executor helping us along the way. He did extras when needed especially during tough periods (ie Covid). What helped massively was him being there to allow the furniture stages at the beginning and at the end remove furniture when the executors couldn’t be there at the location. Matt helped my family close this chapter with a fair/excellent price. Couldn’t ask for more from him and will look out for him in future if I need to sell anything 100%!
