I have been speaking to Matt for some time now about buying a house. He has been so kind with his time and advice, and even recommend houses to me that weren’t listed with him. When it came time to sell our house, I couldn’t look past Matt. Matt and his team were very realistic and honest about price, and they used a WhatsApp group to communicate everything along the way. After his 6 groups came through, by Monday he had offers from 3 groups. Matt managed to professionally negotiate with his buyers to get an offer we were thrilled with. Matt and his team aren’t pushy when negotiating (which I hate), but instead just told everyone to put in their best and final offers. In 6 days he managed to list, inspect and sell our home. I always found Matt to be very professional, eager and hard working. He was committed to selling my deceased estate property with ongoing enthusiasm in such a difficult period of COVIT in Melbourne. He consistently provided ongoing feedback during quite a lengthy marketing campaign and repeatedly went over and above his role by becoming a conduit for a family of siblings who were estranged from each other. He provided feedback verbally and in writing and was often required to have communications with our lawyer. He did this willingly and professionally. While the price we finally sold for was below what was expected, I feel it’s by no means due to any lack of hard work and commitment. Overall Mathew is very amiable, welol spoken and very easy to deal with. In my opinion, he is great young professional!
