Worked super hard to get us a good price
We chose Matt for his brilliant local knowledge and ability to sell the lovely community and amenities around our home, as well as his understanding of the appeal of an old home full of character. He worked so hard and professionally to find THE buyer who fell in love with the home enough to pay a price we were happy with. Can highly recommend him.

Very happy with the purchase
Hi, my husband and I purchased a property at auction that was marketed by Matthew John We have had in excess of 15 properties over the last 20 years, we have dealt with many real estate agents some that defiantly could only been describe as atrocious We are pleased to supply Matthew John with a glowing recommendation from a purchaser prospective Our inquiries about the property during the pre purchase stage were answered in a timely and professional manner We say this because of the huge number of viewers looking at the property but and still our questions were answered He is obliviously a refined young man who displays a warm friendly customer service attitude My husband and I recommend that if you are selling or purchasing a property call Matthew John if you require exception customer service and market knowledge

Matthew was exceptional all the way through the campaign. He kept us well informed, we took on his feedback as to whether to go to auction or sell beforehand and luckily we did. Fantastic Agent and highly attentive to any of my questions no matter the time!
I contacted Matt about my property and told him my concerns and worries about other agents proposals etc and the sale of our first property! He came to the rescue right away accompanied by Director / Auctioneer from Biggin and Scott Yarraville. Matthew and Tristan calmed our nerves and told us we would go to Auction and have the house sold within our 5 week campaign at the price we were asking for or close too it depending on what the market is paying. Matt sold our property above what the market was paying and worked very hard day and night in doing so. If you are looking for a young and vibrant go getter to sell your property, give Matt a call.
