first time experience of selling property
Matthew has great knowledge of the area and local market . He guided us well through the sale process . Though the property went a little below our expectations, I think he did his job well .

We found our dream home
Matthew was great he spoke to my husband firstly wanting feedback on another property that we looked at but wasn’t right for us so he then spoke to him about other properties he had off market. He then emailed through the options we looked at one of these privately and it was our dream home we proceeded to go through the buying the house he really did get everything organised quickly given it was Xmas. We can’t thank Matt enough his communication was really good and we move in early March.

By far the most professional and friendly agent I’ve worked with!
I’ve sold 4 properties over the years and out of the 4 agents I’ve had to work with Matthew has been by far the most professional, and at the same time friendly of them all. His market knowledge is on point, and I’d highly recommend Matthew to friends and family in the future!

Sale of Newport Unit
Matthew was brilliant through the whole process of the sale. Timely and professional communication at all times was something I valued highly. Would definitely recommend Matthew as a sales agent if you are looking to sell.

Worked super hard to get us a good price
We chose Matt for his brilliant local knowledge and ability to sell the lovely community and amenities around our home, as well as his understanding of the appeal of an old home full of character. He worked so hard and professionally to find THE buyer who fell in love with the home enough to pay a price we were happy with. Can highly recommend him.

Matthew was an honest agent wanting to achieve a good outcome for both his vendor and us as purchasers. He worked with us to organise appointment times around our busy schedules and was genuinely happy to help us achieve our first home purchase. It is reassuring to work with someone local to the area. Thanks Matthew.
