This is the second time we have sold with Matt as he has a strong understanding of the local market. Through the campaign Matt was able to bring through people from similar properties who hadn’t previously considered our property. It was not a good time to sell and our house was on the market for longer than expected. During this time it wasn’t always easy to get in contact with Matt, but when we did speak, he always had a clear plan and recommended options for proceeding.
