Nothing short of professional and knowledgeable
Our experience with Matthew over the campaign and eventual sale was nothing short of professional and knowledgeable. With the entire market being at a downward trend Matthew and his team managed to keep interested parties coming through the property and give informative feedback after each week. His insights and guidance through the best strategy for the eventual sale was spot on. His ability to listen and be genuine was greatly appreciated and would recommend him to anyone.

Matthew is passionate and knowledgeable about the Yarraville/Seddon area. He was great to work with and always easy to communicate with. They organised regular inspections and kept us updated about any interest or isssues. I would highly recommend working with Matthew!

Highly recommended if you want sale results!
Matt has helped us last year with 1 of our investment property sales. My family was so impressed with the great result so we listed all other 3 properties with Matt in 2024. The market was pretty flat and not much interest in them but Matt, Peter and Jess have worked so tirelessly to capture every potential buyer's interest in all the listings. And the team delivered! Sold all 3 properties and settled all before Christmas! Thank you all very much! Highly recommended if you want sale results!
