I’ve had great personal attention from the property manager through all phases of starting the tenancy: from my pre-application (voluntary), to inspection, to approval, to moving in, to taking calls about ‘dumb’ questions (yes, there’s ‘no such thing’ but y’know). Great follow-up too. It’s a great first impression and bodes well for the tenancy relationship going forward.
