When searching for a place to call home until our build completes, we struggled a little with our lack of experience and the current high demand for rentals. Given we'd had no prior rental experience, and no idea really how the process works, Rhiannon was a lifesaver. From the get go she was down-to-Earth, honest, and always happy to help us with whatever questions/concerns we may have had. After inspecting a place we weren't selected for, Rhi contacted us suggesting somewhere she thought would be good for us; we're now settled into that place, and are extremely happy with how things turned out. Prior to us moving in, Rhi made sure the house was in top condition, even organising further cleaning to meet Buxton's high standards of what their tenants should move into.
