I’ve had a great experience with Zappa and the purchase of my first home. I found Zappa to always be communicative, punctual, upfront and willing to go the extra yard. He towed the line well between extending the offer to give suggestions (e.g. recommend a building and pest inspector) and allowing me the space to make independent decisions. Importantly, he facilitated communication and information gathering between myself and the Vendor excellently and I feel confident that I have all my questions answered before Settlement day.
