We had the pleasure dealing with Zappa whilst living in another State, selling on behalf of a family members property in Leopold . He made all communication effortless and stress free. He had great knowledge of the area and the local market. He was open to suggestions but at the end of the day we relied on Zappa to guide us in the right direction with marketing and sale price. We were excited when we settled on a price for the home. Even though we don't live in Leopold I would definitely recommend Zappa and his agency as the right people to look after you for selling or purchasing your forever home.
