He was transparent and his expertise was comforting. We would have no hesitation in engaging Tom and his team in the future. He was absolutely instrumental in helping us achieve a fantastic outcome.

In my opinion Tom Butters is one of the best real estate agents in the business. My house sold quickly at the price Tom had estimated, which suggests he knows his market well and was not attempting to seduce his client with unrealistic expectations. Tom made the business of selling my house easeful with his genuinely friendly nature, his rapid response to my communications and interest in the welfare of his clients. Ican't recommend him highly enough as the agent of choice.

From the start Tom Butters and Buxton Real Estate gave us as executors of a deceased estate confidence in their ability to provide a great outcome. The auction was well attended and multiple bidders ensured an outcome at the top end of their estimation which was higher than other market estimates. Tom ensured good communication that kept us abreast of progress at each stage of the sale. His assurances, familarity with local prices, knowledge and expert auctioneer skills made a difficult time much easier.
