In my opinion Tom Butters is one of the best real estate agents in the business. My house sold quickly at the price Tom had estimated, which suggests he knows his market well and was not attempting to seduce his client with unrealistic expectations. Tom made the business of selling my house easeful with his genuinely friendly nature, his rapid response to my communications and interest in the welfare of his clients. Ican't recommend him highly enough as the agent of choice.
