My brother and I had the hard task of selling our late mother's home. Tom's testimonials and track record stood out. Also my brother owns a real estate agency and was impressed by his enthusiasm and negotiating prowess. You can not receive a higher testimonial than have someone in the industry recommend you - and he sold it for 60 k above our expectations. Sell with Tom - you will be glad you did.
