It is with great pleasure I write this review. My partner and I had been thinking about putting our place on the market so that we could buy a larger place for us and our family. We invited Dylan around to give us a valuation and explain his strategy for the sales campaign. He provided a valuation we were very happy with and explained his strategy diligently. What impressed me most though was how he listened to our goals and the outcome we hoped for, answered our questions and was able to take away any nerves we felt about putting our home on the market. He was very empathetic, caring and honest. Once the campaign began everything worked as Dylan said it would - photos were taken on the day he said, advertising began on the day he said it would and open days went without a hitch on time. Dylan gave us updates on every open day afterwards, how they went, how many people any feedback buyers had for us etc. It was really reassuring to get this feedback and know we felt important to him and his business. When it came time to begin dealing with the offers we received we were blown away. Through his negotiation skills Dylan delivered us offers that we hadn't expected when we began this whole process. We are happy to say we accepted a great offer in the short time our property was on the market. Once again I would just to like to commend Dylan on a great job delivering beyond our expectations but more importantly for helping us achieve part one of our family plan.
