Selling the family home on behalf of my mother was never going to be an easy task. My sentimentality was one thing, but finding an agent who appreciated our history as well as the opportunity was important. Tom listened to our history, understood our position and the family sensitivity. We appreciated his experience and knowledge of the local market and he had a broad understanding of this market which we as individuals, one-off sellers, didn't. He communicated immediately after each open house and took the time to answer our questions. He did not over-inflate our expectations and was honest about the conversations he had with potential buyers. On the day of the auction he turned the one bidder to a buyer within our selling range and achieved a result we were happy with. I am very happy to recommend Tom.
