We purchased our apartment from Rohan back in 2009. Following the purchase Rohan kept in touch with a phone call every year, so when it came time for us to consider selling Rohan was a logical choice and one that we are so glad we made. During the period leading up to the campaign Rohan gave us several pieces of advice relating to the way the property was presented, which allowed us to proactively address some of the major objections buyers would present. Once the campaign began Rohan, set clear objectives at each stage of the process, that allowed us to gauge how the campaign was performing, which in turn gave us confidence we were on track. He communicated consistently both positive and negative feedback from prospective buyers, which further allowed us to manage our own expectations, as well as work to overcome some of the negative feedback (eg one prospective buyer wanted a second car space, so we had an opportunity to find the second car space for that buyer). He also went above and beyond by facilitating multiple inspections outside of those that were advertised to the public. Finally leading up to the sale of the property Rohan was very clear on managing expectations, which gave us confidence there would be no surprises on the day. In fact, our expectations were exceeded and we have no doubt that without Rohan's agent and auctioneer skills that would not have been the case. If we were to sell another property, we would use Rohan every time and we cannot recommend him highly enough.

I bought my apartment from Rohan c. 5 years ago and never contemplated selling through another agent. When I originally purchased my apartment, Rohan was honest, transparent and friendly - behaviors which were only amplified when I switched to being the seller. Rohan was in contact with me constantly throughout the sales campaign and kept me thoroughly up to date. Rohan also managed my expectations throughout the campaign as overall market interest in apartments was waning. I went to auction despite understanding (having been briefed by Rohan) that there was a risk that there would be no bids. Whilst this eventuated, both Rohan (and Ben) worked tirelessly to maintain interest and secure a sale within c. 2 weeks of the auction - and for a result that was pleasing! Rohan’s professionalism is perfectly balanced with his candid, friendly and genuine sense of self. He brings enthusiasm and honesty to every conversation - which both made me feel comfortable and trust in the service. I would not hesitate to recommend Rohan to any of my friends and family - and think very highly of his commitment to the sale but most importantly his character.

Real estate agents don’t always have the best reputation but we have been really impressed by the transparency and responsiveness of Rohan - he managed to balance the vendor’s interests with ours as the buyers and genuinely wanted a win-win outcome.
