Arthur's communication skills are great and he shares a high level of empathy and understanding when discussing a very sensitive and challenging issue. The outcome of any agent's ability to understand their client's needs, interpret and define the market and provide a clear and concise expectation can be summarily measured by the sales result achieved. In our case Arthur and Sophie clearly exceeded any expectations we had, their ongoing communication during the (short) open for inspection period was always provided promptly and accurately, their ability to assess the interest of potential buyers was precise and resulted in excellent commercial negotiations and outcome. I was most impressed the first time I met Arthur Apostoleros. Within minutes I was certain that he was wise, honest, diligent and honest. Arthur certainly leaves no stone unturned and by the time the auction day arrived his meticulous preparation reflected in instilling a confidence that there would be 4 bidders and that it was probable that we would achieve our optimum hope of $1.4 Million. Before the auction I said that that I had absolute confidence in him and hence that I would not need to have any consultation during the auction . The auction went like a dream when two bidders got to $1.4 and then had another 100 odd bids culminating in a sale at$ !.732,000.
