Is an excellent rental agent
Our rental agent Emily Mould has been excellent. The only problem we have had was when she was away and the reception could not provide the service we required. In addition the sales staff give us regular updates of market conditions.

Exceeded Expectations
Our new Property Manager has been exceptional in taking over our properties, effectively and proactively. Svenja and the team at Buxton St Kilda have surprised me with how quickly they can resolve issues and re-lease. It's always a concern when knowledge of our properties is lost when Property Managers move on, but I have been very impressed with the smooth transition. Highly recommend.

So far so good
After two months in our place and s couple of repairs we are happy with Buxton St Kilda. They have been taking care of any incident. All communication have been clear, explained every step and we have not had any surprise so far. Better experience than with our previous Real State Agency.
