Trustworthy and Reliable
From the start Zoe was impressive with her organised presentation about what she could do for me as a vendor. Our campaign was longer than expected but Zoe remained stedfast and positive throughout. She is a great communicator and I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. I found her knowledgeable about the market and she provided good guidance for me.

Exceeded my expectations

Professional, experienced and supportive
Zoe is a highly professional and experienced agent. Her service was impeccable. Her valuation of the property was accurate and she provided invaluable assistance in preparing the house for sale, through her extensive network of tradespeople and stylists. She supported us at every stage. Once the property was listed, she worked consistently to keep us informed of the level of interest, and how the auction was likely to go. There were no surprises and it was sold at at auction for a price slightly above range she had estimated. We were very happy with the result, and with Zoe’s excellent service

Knowledgeable & Professional

Very happy with result
My experience with Zoe was great, it was my first time selling and i was initially very anxious about the process and giving control over my most valuable asset to someone else, but Zoe kept me updated about inspections and buyer engagement throughout campaign and by auction time I totally trusted her and the result exceeded my expectations.
