Zoe achieved what other agents cannot - I have ran my campaign twice, one with XXX in 2020 and the second one with Zoe in 2021 - Zoe smashed the process BEFORE we listed on REALESTATE.COM ! I have to agree Zoe has her own way of dealing with distribution and she truly understands where the demands and supplies are. My expectation was well managed and there was only a small degree of deviation between what I was briefed before I engaged her and what she delivered eventually. Being genuine, factual, up-front and down to earth is the best quality of Zoe I would say, which is definitely valued by both the vendor and the buyer deeply. I will in the future choose Zoe again if I need to buy or sell houses.
