The experience of purchasing a home, especially your first, can be extremely stressful and isn't always pleasant. Nat's efficient communication and unwavering support throughout the entire process was exceptional and allowed us to relax a little, knowing that we were being cared for. We approached Zoe as Buxton Port Phillip were very helpful when we purchased a previous property. The main outstanding information about Zoe was her excellent communication. We live in the UK so it was paramount that all was on email. This was accomplished really easily. Zoe was super responsive, helpful with our son who lived in the property and very accommodating all round. She made every effort to make sure that we were happy with every part of the sales process and most mornings I awoke in the UK to find detailed reports, inspection information and prospective buyer information. I didn't want for anything !! We achieved a realistic target for the house which was in a tricky location and the family were really pleased with the outcome. In the end we didn't go to auction as we had a great offer prior to the day which we decided to take. Overall a really good experience, stress free and the majority done over email. Loving the modern way of doing things but I still felt a great connection with Zoe. 10/10 and a very big thank you from the Palfrey Family.

I have dealt with a lot of real estate agents over the years and I have to say Natalie is the best ever. She works so hard for her vendors and really goes above and beyond the usual expectations. From cranking up the air conditioning an hour before my buyers inspected my apartment on a hot summer day, to dropping by after hours before the inspection to familiarise herself with the car stacker and storage cage which were associated with the property. From the moment she met with me she just understood the property, my vision and my buyers. We had engaged with Natalie well over a year ago (before the sale of our property in February 2021) when trying to make plans to sell our apartment. Unfortunately COVID-19 put our plans on hold, however we stayed in touch quite frequently and Natalie was very proactive in keeping us appraised of the market conditions locally so that we were in a good position to move towards selling when the time was right. We were glad that we stayed in touch and eventually elected to go with Natalie to sell our place, which wasn’t on the market for very long. Both my wife and I are very busy, and found working with Natalie to be very easy and she was very flexible in working around us and our changed circumstances. I found her to be very hardworking, and she would regularly update me on progress with potential buyers, and was prepared to have an honest conversation with me to address my expectations. As someone whom is quite a realistic person, and not afraid to have a blunt conversation, I valued this. She did a great job for us, and I felt that I could trust her to look after our interests. She also comes across as a very friendly and nice person, is very engaging and someone whom is a pleasure to work with. This cannot be said for everyone whom I spoke with when trying to decide upon an agent.
