Richard was extremely helpful. We let him guide and advise on the sale of our family home of 20+ years. Richard gave great advice, and provided strategies on when to open, and when to sell. We were selling right at the start of a lockdown, but had everything ready the second we were out of lockdown. And right when other agents were doing 30 minute inspections, Richard and his team allowed 1 hour inspections, to give people plenty of time. Trust Richard, he will work for you.
