Richard was great! He was honest in his appraisal, yet managed our expectations well. Consistent updates and clear communication was greatly appreciated. We feel he was very proactive in approaching and engaging potential buyers. Selling a home during the COVID experience of 2020 was not ideal, however Richard did a great job ensuring we knew the process and the implication of government restrictions etc. We would recommend him to any Bayside sellers

Romana is a suburb specialist for bayside and especially Beaumaris. She matched our brief extremely well and took us through the property several times, even outside hours and it was never any trouble for her.
