Approximately 12 months ago, I met Romana at an open for Inspection in Beaumaris. The following week Romana called me and took down the brief of what we were wanting to buy. During the last 12 months Romana has regularly contacted me and even suggested properties that were not listed with her. Her knowledge, professionalism, communication skills & negotiation skills you could not rate higher in any other agent I have engaged. When it came time to sell there was no other choice, “I thought if this is how she follows buyers imagine what she is going to do when she sells your property!” She attended the photoshoot, had input to the furniture and presentation and most importantly communicated every step of the way, she followed up with every person who inspected our property and negotiated a successful sale prior to Auction. If your going to sell and don’t believe me just get her to attend your property when deciding on which agent to use and you won’t be disappointed! She’s the Rolls Royce!

Richard is one of the few genuine guys left in this game, he was clear, concise and realistic. When it came time to close the deal he got it done in excellent fashion. No rubbish, we worked exceptionally well together, we prepared the property exceptionally well and he sold it, exactly as he said he would.
