Great operator, honest and knowledgeable
We have recently had the pleasure of selling our property with Harley and his team. From the outset Harley was honest and open with his assessment of our property, who potential buyers may be and what his expectation of our campaign may look like. Despite some hurdles outside of our control (COVID…) we were always kept informed of what was happening and any planned changes. Despite some nerves on our part we always felt in control and aware of what (and why) things were happening. Our financial result was above our highest expectations and Harley’s performance exceeded this too. An absolute pleasure to deal with!

Sets the industry standard
If I could give a 6/5 star rating for Harley, I would have. The first thing that impressed me was the amount of homework he’d done on the surrounding area regarding future development; there wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer. He was extremely responsive and dedicated many hours to answering my questions, and advised me exactly who to call and speak to about certain aspects of the building. He is clearly very passionate about his job and the industry, without wavering from a strong work ethic; an invaluable quality in this line of work.
