I lived in Byron Bay for several years and have known Liam for some time. We bought our first property through him and always found him to be very 'straight up' and approachable. Where he has really proven himself however is in selling the property several years later. We had it on the market for some time and he worked at it for months until we finally had the right buyers. Unfortunately, a last minute structural issue created a dispute which went on for a month past the original settlement date. Liam was available every day (including after hours and weekends) without complaint, did all of the legwork with tradesmen and between parties and solicitors and worked very hard (including a few days of physical labour!) to get the property to finally settle as we were interstate and unable to deal with the issues hands-on. I was amazed by his commitment to the process and the ease of dealing with him and I could not have asked for a better agent acting for us. I would definitely hire him again if buying or selling in the area. 5 stars!!!

He was resourceful in terms of getting things done for us and he extended his support into other parts of our life. A transition period that comes with the sale of a family home can be demanding and Peter Yopp held up his part of the deal and a bit more. We found him mature in the sense that he knew his game plan.
