Applied for an apartment got approved within a few days, everything done electronically online (contract, bond, rent, maintenance, condition report) which is so easy and effective. Zara the agent was extremely helpful and friendly and was always willing and able to assist. Had a few minor maintenance issues and she had already organised someone to fix it for me.

I know all situations are different - but mine was specifically testing. Having just one week left to find a suitable home for me and my pooch, and moving to Melbourne for the first time, I spent almost a month trying to figure out location, pricing and a suitable space. I also had an overseas work trip planned, which made things really difficult. The team not only workshopped three seperate solutions that would work for me, they also made the application process, signing of the lease and key collection super simple to accommodate me being away at the time of the agreement. I can't recommend the Caine team more - absolutely incredible.
