Chris from the onset of our first meeting was very informative and helpful in fulfilling my objectives. She is an excellent communicator and I felt comfortable with all her negotiations she conducted on my behalf. Very well organised and made the customer feel special and valued.

We found Chris to be very knowledgeable about the local market. She kept us well informed throughout the whole process of looking for and buying our home. All queries were answered promptly and nothing was too much trouble for her. Being interstate she was able to assist us in acquiring local trades for our building and pest inspection and other services required, which we found very helpful.

Chris gave us a sales appraisal that I quietly felt was a bit optimistic, but went along with it based on her sales record. Our tenant made things tricky for a start but once he was out she quickly had 3 offers. It all happened quickly which was a saving for us so we happily accepted the offer that was only $4,000 less than the asking price. Great advice, great communication and lovely to deal with. Many thanks Chris from Phil & Pene.

All my thanks go to Chris Vanderburg for all her efforts in completing this sale for me during a downward market and with the lead up to Christmas as well. She did and an exemplary job negotiated through difficult circumstances with less than helpful tenants to reach a very satisfactory result for me. What a fabulous Christmas bonus!!

We did not wish for a billboard sign out the front or open homes and David understood and respected our reasons. This actually meant David had to work harder doing more individual inspections than he otherwise would have. At EVERY stage, David communicated openly and timely without sugar coating it to make us feel good. Without the slightest hesitation, we would highly recommend David for your Real Estate requirements at the Beaches.

I listed my property with David after a recommendation from a mate, and I can’t thank him enough! David and his colleague, Michael both kept me informed every step of the way, keeping my mind at ease throughout the whole process and finally achieving my desired price. If you’re looking for professional and courteous service without the pressure and hassles that are often involved with selling your property then look no further than Cairns Beaches Realty!

I decided to use Christine from Cairns Beaches Realty as the property now for sale was originally purchased through them. The whole procedure was handled professionally by Christine who seemed to have all the required knowledge relating to all aspects of the sale. A job well done.
