From the first inspection right through to settlement, David has been more than accommodating. We had 3 visits to the property and it was never a problem. David shared some valuable information and also recommended service providers that we had made enquiries about. He is warm and friendly and I would definitely use David in the future if we require a real estate agent.

From the moment we contacted Chris she was very pleasant to deal with, her knowledge of the area, her communication skills, updates of inspections and all other things that go into selling a property. You won’t find any better than Chris. 10 out of 10.

David made the process of selling our house a pleasure. He leads a team of professionals that addressed every aspect of the pre sale, from cleaning, staging, to minor repairs. All played their part in presenting the house beautifully. The subsequent marketing campaign produced a brilliant result. We were kept up to date with progress of our sale with timely communication and, if we had a query, the phone was answered promptly. David is pleasure to work with.

We had a truly positive experience working with David. From start to finish, he was pleasant, genuine, and consistently worked in our best interests. He worked hard to achieve the outcome of finding our dream home, and we're incredibly grateful for his dedication. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

David made what was an extremely stressful and emotionally draining experience for us, simple, smooth and without hassle. It genuinely felt like a friend was working with us to sell the house, not an agent who was employed to do so.
