Great selling experience with Joel

Any agent will say they are open and honest but Joel really was - trying to manage our expectations in this weird Covid market while genuinely listening, and acting on our suggestions. He knew his stuff as any good agent should, but more than that provided regular feedback and updates, particularly as extensions were continually asked for and in the end got us a good price, and then surprised us a few days later with a great price, an extra $5K in our pocket above what we hoped! Would highly recommend Joel to any seller.
