Any agent will say they are open and honest but Joel really was - trying to manage our expectations in this weird Covid market while genuinely listening, and acting on our suggestions. He knew his stuff as any good agent should, but more than that provided regular feedback and updates, particularly as extensions were continually asked for and in the end got us a good price, and then surprised us a few days later with a great price, an extra $5K in our pocket above what we hoped! Would highly recommend Joel to any seller.

Simply the Best If you want agents who are 110% professional, honest, and capable then you really could not do better than Kate and Joel. From the initial presentation of our property, through the marketing and then working with prospective purchasers they were first class. With the closed Queensland border we had to leave everything to them but we received excellent communications by phone and email at every stage of the selling process. There are agents and then there are Agents. Kate and Joel are the best. If we were ever buying or selling again in Clifton Beach or other Cairns beaches these are the only agents we would contact. Forget the rest - use the best. Thanks Kate and Joel - we really appreciate all the hard yards you put in for us.
