Professional, Trustworthy and Informative
It was great liaising with Junelle from start to finish. This is my first time purchasing a property without physical inspection due to the unusual year of 2020 (due to Covid-19), so you can tell how trustworthy Junelle is. She has handled the whole process professionally, quick and efficient. She is on top of everything, will follow up and touch base with me (as well as building inspector & conveyancer as required), to keep me well-informed and in the loop. The purchase of an apartment at Marquise
In doing something as important as buying an apartment, there are a lot of questions that we asked in relation to this apartment. The answers to my questions were spontaneous. Junell certainly does do her homework in respect to what she is selling. We bought the apartment and we are happy with our new home. We felt comfortable negotiating with Janelle.
