The Sale of 9 Digger Street Gordonvale sold by CPO Cairns Property Office
I was an Executor of my late Mother Estate and I was responsible for six other beneficiaries . My Mother was 91 and had been in her home 43 years. The house was old and had lots of things to get right before selling it. I contacted Robyn and she was patient with me as I was racing against time to list the home . Robyn was very understanding and we finally listed the home to sell. Robyn found a buyer reasonable quickly and we sold without to much worry. The paperwork was very professional and the final distributions was paid to each beneficiary , and my Mothers Estate was finalized. I want to thank Robyn for her help, and I am sure my Mother would be happy her home still stands proud.

Professional and Proactive
I have purchased and sold before, a couple of times. This time I was the buyer and I can say Robyn did an excellent job attempting to secure the best selling price for her client. She worked quickly to get the contract signed and then once that part of her job was done, she offered advice and assistance to us without hesitation. I had some minor concerns after the building inspection which I thought needed extra investigation, and Robyn was understanding and flexible with the necessary arrangements. This helped ensure there were no holdups...at the end of the covid year, with settlement just before christmas.

Hard working and highly effective
Robyn took on the sale of our block of land after 6 months of inaction from the previous agent. Within days she had buyers lining up. COVID ruled the first two buyers ineligible but Robyn persisted and found a third buyer. She worked hard for her commission and we are highly appreciative of her service.
