Not your typical "sales" agent
Brians communication was great and he was not your typical "sales" agent in that he was very upfront, realistic and down to earth. We liked this "straight shooter" approach. Brain did a walk through of our property before we signed with him and provided us with some recommendations on what we could do to help the sale. We had a contract on the property within 5 days of listing and Brian maintained the great communication through to settlement date.

Excellent service, helpful and very professional.
As a 1st time buyer, it was stress free purchase as Brian has guided us through step by step processess. He even went beyond by directing us to people who can assist us post purchase.
