I was pleased to have a no nonsense type of transaction through Alison. No games. She was willing to be a go between for ourselves and the buyers and was an advocate for us when things didn't go too smoothly on settlement day. She arranged for our pre settlement inspection even while she was on holidays and dropped round a lovely welcome gift and came to see if we had settled in.
