And I have dealt with quite a few over the last 10 years. I organised around 6-7 properties with Ann to look at, some were listed with her some with other agents but she organised it all. She showed no bias and was very helpful pointing out positive aspects of each property. She has a great deal of market knowledge which was also very useful. In the end I bought one of the properties that wasn't listed with her so effectively she was working with me in the negotiation process which was outstanding. Throughout the process she made me feel comfortable about my decisions and provided moral support which to me is invaluable. Our dealings With Ann Edge at Cairns property Office in Redlynch have been nothing short of outstanding! We moved to cairns only 6 months ago and started looking for houses pretty much straight away. We met Ann a few times at various opens and found her to be very friendly and not at all pushy. When we finally found our house in Redlynch Ann was fantastic!
