We interviewed 2 agents to sell our house and while both were reputable and knowledgeable, Shane's enthusiasm won us over. Our house was quite unusual - not your everyday property - and instead of downplaying this as a negative thing, he gathered all the quirky bits and marketed them in a positive way. We understood that if an agent's negativity about our property came over as that to us, it surely would to a purchaser. We thought Shane's energy and enthusiasm might fizzle after we signed on the dotted line but it just grew ten-fold - even in the heat we had during our sale period.
