This is the second time I have worked with Shane. I wanted an agent that was realistic about the sale price and was honest with me. I came across Shane one day at a garage sale on a hot and humid day - by himself, lugging household goods around. He had organised the sale for an ill seller who was too ill to do it themselves. He offered his assistance to me several times. I would choose Shane as my agent if I buy or sell again.

Ann Edge was wonderful right from our first enquiry right through to the handing over of the keys. She answered every question we had and if she was not sure, she was not afraid to say so (which was very rarely) but would always chase down the answer quickly and efficiently. Even well after the settlement had occurred, Ann was more than happy to field our questions and ask the seller on our behalf. It was a pleasure to deal with Ann and she made the whole process go smoothly, taking the stress out of it.
