Shane has provided us with excellent service the likes of which we have rarely experienced from real estate agents. We actually had our house on the market twice in the last 12 months, the first time with tenants in it which Shane advised us against. Needless to say his advice was correct and we took it off the market, waited until our tenants vacated the he premises, made a number of improvements and shortly after had a contract that is now unconditional and settling in early December.
