First time selling and the first agent I dealt with and since the first encounter I didn't think to look anywhere else. Mo's professionalism, effort and knowledge of this job is far beyond what I would expect from any agent, in my experience you feel as that Mo treats you more than just a client. Communication - Mo never forced any of the recommendations on us but instead help guide us with decisions, he was very patient and always provided answers or feedback whenever there was a question or suggestions. Mo always returned my calls that day if he could not answer. With the changing market it was a challenging time to sell a house but we had the comfort of knowing we were in the right hands it made the whole process seem easier. Not only did we sell our house with Mo, he also found and sold us our new house. I cannot thank Mo and the Calder team enough for their exceptional service and if I sell again I know who to call.
