Communication after contract signing no good
Communication with client after contract signing is very average. Maybe we purchase under 1 mil property. We did not even have a chance to inspect the property. We actively called the agent before settlement for inspection but no answers after many attempts. Settlement date we had to go to their office to pick up the keys from the receptionist. The agent did not even show up. Maybe we bought a cheap property at only $650k so we did not deserve the professional service.
