We would like to thank Mohammed for his advise and help in preparing and listing our house for sale. We ended up selling for the price we were happy with in approx 3 weeks over the busy Christmas Period. His enthusiasm about all the positives our house had to offer another family helped us choose him as our agent. We actually bought our new house through Mohammed and would recommend him to deal with as both a vendor and a buyer.

His very professional and listened to what i wanted regarding the price , i know he delivered.
Very knowledgeable about the realestate market and showed properties that sold in the same area so i was aware what the competition was and what houses were going for. He is very efficient and committed to not just talking but showing action and in the end we had both were on the same page. His passion for his job is evident and I believe he fullfilled my requests and the house was sold at a good price.
