Before doing the agreement I was told by Mohammed I will be eligible for the 1st home grant as this is a brand new property. But then while doing the settlement we came to know that this information was incorrect and this is a 2nd sale of the property. This gave us a straight hit of 10k. We are now doing budgeting to arrange the shortfall.
