Mo is a relaxed professional, with no hard sell tactics, with an honesty is the best policy attitude. It took a while to sell in our market, Mo kept on the job, as we adjusted our expectations to the market over time. We always knew what was happening with regular calls or meetings as communication. I would use him again, when the buyers enquire, thats when Mo does his craft, negotiating the best rice he can for us as vendors. Give him a call and meet with him to see what I mean.

We can't speak highly enough of Mohammed. From the first time I spoke to him over the phone I was impressed, not by any sales-speak, but for the genuine, knowledgeable, and understanding person that he came across as. The fact that he traveled 40 mins to provide a presentation of his services and processes, his outlook of the market, his appraisal of our property, even before we had engaged him as our selling agent, was enough to convince us this was the best person for the job. Mohammed is an optimist but also a realist. He constantly monitors Market movements on a weekly basis, and advises accordingly. He displays excellent communication skills. He's always available for a chat and is prompt to provide updates. He maintains a positive perspective without overstating the value of a property (which would otherwise lead to unrealistic expectations and subsequent disappointment), yet he exhibits and encourages patience, to ensure that the seller never feels pressured into selling. Mohammed has quite a busy schedule but despite that, he made us feel as if we were his most important client.
