Already prepared and having done my own research on the housing market in the area, I received a shortlist of agents using ratemyagent.com.au. I spent a day in which I met with each of the shortlisted agents and Mo was an absolute stand-out. I'm a direct person and that may have put other agents off their game, but Mo came through, answering all the questions I had, was the best prepared and in my view, was completely honest from the start. Other agents gave a textbook valuation for the property based on land size, but Mo had an honest and forthright discussion, not trying to lure me in with dollar signs, but hard facts. It was at that point that I knew Mo was the guy. He is very personable, keen and an absolute professional. We weren't following a tired, rehearsed script and just going through the motions, we were on an adventure and Mo kept me informed every step of the way. His professional network came through with great and affordable partners to present the house in the best way possible to attract buyers. His book of clients came through in the end for me and grabbed the property at auction for a price I was happy with, in a market that doesn't quite favour the seller as it has in recent years.
