Marlene was very professional at all times when handling the sale of my property. On her very first visit to my home, she gave me a guideline price on what she thought the property should achieve. It wasn't an over inflated price to get the sale, like I had received from other agents. She gave me useful advice regarding what needed to be done prior to being on the market and connected me with a property stylist. The property was marketed very well and she offered 4 open home inspections in the first 2 weeks including 2 on Saturday and 2 nightly ones providing maximum opportunity for my property to be inspected. But all I needed was 1 open home as I received 5 offers after the first open home and within that guideline price she had given me. Marlene worked over the weekend including Saturday night and Sunday to secure the best deal for me and I was under contract by Sunday afternoon. Not once did she ask me to reduce my price expectations. I highly recommend Marlene.

Justin was open and realistic in his discussions leading up to placing the house on the market. Expectations, financial arrangements and requirements for house sale preparation were clear and Justin had excellent resources to be accessed for cleaning, gardening, painting etc. He was energetic throughout the period of 3 weeks when the house was on the market with a number of individual follow up sessions at the house with potential buyers. Communication and feedback from buyers was provided by Justin in a professional manner and the staff in Justin's real estate agency were very efficient. A very good result was achieved in a relatively short time period

I found Lucy to be very knowledgeable and nothing was to much effort for her, I was green at selling my property so had many questions about the process and Would email Lucy or phone her and she would explain everything to me in a prompt and timely manner and made sure I was comfortable with her explanation to my questions.
